MADE IN THE US (mostly)
Every item we sell is 100% designed by And Here We Are in our Columbus OH studio. We do letterpress printing, packaging and fulfillment in-house.
Our gift items are produced by manufacturers in the US or (except our pins, which are manufactured in Canada).
Turnaround & shipping
Orders ship within 7 business days. We will notify you if any items are low in stock or backordered, and let you decide whether to ship a partial order or wait for the full order to be completed. All orders ship from Columbus, OH via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
Return any damaged, defective, or incorrect orders to us within 2 weeks for a full replacement or AHWA credit.
Process & Materials
All letterpress printed goods are printed on 100% cotton paper. Please note, fluorescent inks may fade over time if exposed to heavy sunlight (in your store’s front window, for example). Cards are A2 size unless otherwise noted.
Gift wrap sheets are 20” x 29” digitally printed onto 70# matte paper. All mugs hold 15 oz. and are dishwasher safe. Tote bags are screen printed onto heavy-duty cotton canvas. Pins are zinc
Cards come packaged in a cello sleeve, and card sets come in a clear acrylic box. Please note that boxed sets are not to be broken up for individual sale.
Gift wrap comes in individual sheets or rolled in sets of 3 (please specify). Pins come with a card in a plastic sleeve. Totes have branded hang tags. Mugs are unpackaged with a sticker on the bottom.
