Greenpoint Inspirational Shoot
A few days before we loaded up our covered wagon and headed west, we participated in one last shoot as Local Brooklyners.
The shoot took place at one of our favorite local haunts, Glasserie, and was inspired by our old neighborhood: Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Think: artisinal cocktails, geodes, fur, raw wood and unpolished bronze. We were asked to provide an invitation suite, menus and some other paper goods for the shoot.
Meg used her biggest brush pen to create a bold modern script and corresponding envelope liners; then combined it with custom watercolor gem artwork. We then cut down each piece by hand into a gem shape. Paired with a rustic jute rope and gemtoned envelopes, we love the way this one came together.
Styled by the incomparable Michele Bablo, planned by Bethany of Modern Kicks NY, we are thrilled to have been a part of this one. Air kicks!
